We are looking for Female Inside Sales & Admin with 1-2 years of experience and knowledge of Information technology, customer service, and administration.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads, responding to Inquiries, and making quotations on time
- Understanding customer’s needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Upselling products and services.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Good phone and cold-calling skills.
- Provide timely reports of activities performed
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
The IT Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to the company. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting issues and maintaining, upgrading, and installing hardware and software.
- Diagnose and resolve problems with hardware, software or network connectivity
- Maintain, upgrade, and install hardware and software as needed
- Experience with advanced troubleshooting of both wireless and/or data networks (LAN/WAN). Network cabling & setup
- Knowledge of Install & Configure – (AD, DNS, DHCP on Server)
- Knowledge of SAN, and NAS technologies
- Good Knowledge of Operating System – Installation & Configuration(Windows Server, VMware, Windows HyperV, Veeam, Acronis)
- Install, Configure & Troubleshoot Firewalls – Fortinet, Sonicwall, Sophos UTMs & Firewalls with Security Policies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an IT support engineer or equivalent role – Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- UAE Driving License will be an added advantage
We are looking for an IT sales and business development professional with 1-2 years of experience in the same industry and who should have a Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous Sales Experience in Infrastructure, Cabling, CCTV, Door Access, or other Hardware/Software products sales.
- Willing to do sales activities such as cold callings and other basic indoor/outdoor, Digital marketing activities to generate sales.
- Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Need to generate sales and achieve sales targets through business development activities.
- Proactively seeking new leads through referrals, prospecting, and networking
- Establish, and maintain existing and new accounts
- Grow the pipelines to provide the expected sales funnel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Customer relationship management and IT background.
Holding a valid UAE Driving License is an advantage
